You may return any clothing item within exactly 14 days of receipt for a full refund, for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. You must contact Kai Yip Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. After Kai Yip Limited receives the returned item, refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. For payments made via PayPal, refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kai Yip Limited is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must notify Kai Yip Limited at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. Kai Yip Limited will provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items that are reported within 7 days.
